Property Assessment
We will complete a free digital site assessment and determine if your property is suitable
Select Your Model
Your first step towards the Habitat28 home ownership is to select your model online and reserve your spot in the production line with the initial deposit either with our sales staff or online.
Order and Design
Once you select your model, our Customer Services Advisor will schedule an appointment at our Discovery Center to finalize your order and design choices. You can choose from various add-ons like kitchen appliances at this time. You can chose from the different deposit structures and financing options at this time.
Manufacturing and Shipping
During the next 3-5 months your units will be custom manufactured and prepared to be shipped to your property.
