REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Reservation Fee Refund: After the reservation is done we provide for a 5 business days cooling off period during which we encourage our customers to do their due diligence with there town halls to check zoning, setbacks bylaws and any other relevant conditions as they may apply to the land on which they are trying to install their tiny home. During this time of 5 business days, they can get a refund of the reservation fee by sending us a written request for a refund, should the zoning and applicable laws don’t allow for the tiny home. The refund will then be processed. Please allow for 30 days for this refund to be processed.
